Service Coordinator — Shop Service

What you'll do

• Create work orders and obtain technician documents
• review inspections and prepare customer reports
• obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing
• procure parts, equipment, and tools
• track purchase orders and expected parts arrivals
• schedule jobs with the Shop Service Manager
• assist with change orders
• update customers and sales teams
• manage Shop Service requests in Salesforce
• coordinate training
• monitor quality
• process warranties and vendor returns
• maintain customer relationships.
