Business Analyst III, TechMobile Maintenance

Job overview

The Business Analyst III role is hybrid, with four days onsite and one work-from-home day in Denver, CO. Compensation is $45–$55 per hour on a W-2 basis. The analyst supports the TechMobile maintenance domain, a mobile platform serving more than 20,000 field technicians. The role exists to translate maintenance technicians’ needs into software and integration requirements and support adoption across regional field operations. It connects field operations, vendors, data, and development teams to reduce manual data entry and friction in technician workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage vendor relationships for data automation and integration
• author requirements and technical specifications
• coordinate API access, JSON schema validation, and field mapping
• track vendor deliverables and dependencies
• liaise with regional Field Operations leadership
• translate technician needs into requirements and communications
• validate workflows and transitions
• build adoption and compliance dashboards
• analyze MongoDB and Tableau data
• write user stories and acceptance criteria
• lead vendor meetings and UAT coordination
• manage Jira tickets and sprint planning
• prepare documentation and leadership demos
• resolve field escalations with development teams.
