What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans under physician orders and the established plan of care
• collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• educate patients and caregivers
• maintain clinical documentation that meets regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• travel daily within the service area to provide care in homes and care facilities.
