The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Wilmette, IL, with a stated pay range of $42–$52.50 per hour. The Citadel of Wilmette provides long- and short-term skilled nursing care focused on personalized care and residents’ well-being. The nurse is accountable for a group of residents or a shift of duty, assessing needs and implementing and evaluating care plans. The role provides ordered nursing care, documents resident responses, monitors safety and infection control, and communicates with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.

What you'll do

• Provide licensed care to assigned residents according to physician orders and applicable standards
• take and record vital signs
• provide catheter, IV, and respiratory care within license limitations
• document nursing care and resident responses
• maintain safe, sanitary care areas
• implement care plans and recommend updates
• monitor infection control
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and facility personnel
• direct ancillary services as needed.
