What you'll do

• Plan and implement an integrated program of activities and learning experiences
• organize a safe, engaging classroom
• support children’s development through communication, group and individual activities, conflict resolution, and self-care
• assess children’s development and participate in IEP staffing and team meetings
• communicate with families, conduct conferences or home visits as needed, and support parent involvement
• maintain lesson plans, reports, classroom supplies, and records
• supervise classroom assistants and volunteers
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role

The posting lists Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. A minimum BS/BA degree in early childhood education or child development with BK licensure is required; a BS/BA while pursuing BK licensure, with completion within three years, is also considered.
