What you'll do

• Keep external partners and internal stakeholders informed about project progress
• collaborate with Sales and Branch Management on installation planning
• schedule technician teams and communicate schedules
• respond to service calls and dispatch field personnel according to need and priority
• address customer inquiries and relay needs to stakeholders
• track customer communications and update customer and billing information
• check technician time entries and send completed work for invoicing
• be available for on-call some evenings and weekends from home.
