Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Kannapolis, NC, with pay of $12–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed
• help maintain personal hygiene and comfort
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or physical condition to the nursing team
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage companionship and participation in community activities
• maintain clean, organized, and safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures and respond to emergencies according to established procedures.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED, approved PCA/CNA/caregiver training, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; one year of relevant experience is preferred.
