Electrical Estimator — Hybrid or Onsite

It supports project handoffs and client follow-up, helping the company pursue work with sound cost estimates and coordinated proposals.

What you'll do

• Create and revise estimates, proposals, and change orders
• work with Preconstruction and Operations on labor, time, and material accuracy
• identify cost trends
• hand off awarded projects to project management
• request and review vendor and equipment quotes
• perform takeoffs and specification reviews
• assist with or lead team bids
• review RFPs and bid documents and identify project unknowns
• coordinate with Engineering on design-build bids as appropriate
• conduct weekly outreach and follow-up on pending bids.
