What you'll do

• Maintain accounting records for development and construction projects
• record and review project costs under U.S. GAAP and capitalization policies
• maintain schedules for land, project costs, capital expenditures, and construction-in-progress
• review invoices
• account for construction loan activity and capitalized interest
• reconcile construction-in-progress
• prepare monthly financial statements
• analyze variances
• complete month-end close
• maintain fixed asset records
• support NetSuite optimization
• and help establish scalable procedures and controls.
