What you'll do

• Process new infusion and enteral referrals
• obtain supporting documentation
• enter patient demographics, insurance, and clinical information
• verify coverage and patient obligations
• submit and track authorizations and renewals
• communicate referral status and coverage details
• maintain referral logs
• support accurate billing information
• collaborate with referral sources, pharmacy, nursing, billing, and branch personnel
• follow Medicare, Medicaid, insurer, and company requirements.
