What you'll do

• Greet patients and monitor patient flow
• collect and verify demographic and insurance information
• schedule and manage appointments
• operate a multi-line phone system
• complete check-in and check-out
• collect patient balances
• maintain EHR work queues and index documents
• precertify and schedule diagnostic imaging
• maintain lobby areas
• assist with clinical tasks including patient intake, surgery scheduling, allergy shots, and allergy tests
• travel between Rock Hill and Gaffney.
