What you'll do

• Own the job seeker profile and application flow, including funnel KPIs and product details
• align employer product, matching, trust and safety, engineering, mobile, messaging, and legal partners
• improve profile completeness and accuracy and reduce application friction
• improve application quality and delivery to employer systems
• monitor conversion, retention, and profile metrics
• run experiments
• and conduct job seeker research.
