The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, on a 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. day shift with weekend and holiday rotation. The role supports patient care through preparation, education, image evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and other associates.

What you'll do

• Perform CT procedures
• review and document relevant clinical history
• prepare and instruct patients
• operate CT equipment and accessories
• select protocols
• position and immobilize patients as needed
• apply radiation protection
• assist during interventional CT procedures
• perform venipuncture using aseptic technique
• prepare, identify, or administer contrast media in accordance with policy
• evaluate image quality and manage image storage
• provide patient education
• maintain records and confidentiality
• report equipment malfunctions
• provide practical instruction to students
• clean CT equipment
• identify patients using two identifiers.
