What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, kitchen equipment, fire and sprinkler systems, and emergency equipment
• respond to resident requests
• complete repairs and general maintenance
• prepare vacant apartments
• maintain common areas
• identify safety concerns
• coordinate with inspectors and vendors
• follow building codes and safety standards
• handle Safety Data Sheets and hazardous materials precautions
• respond to community emergencies.
