The Specialty Sales Representative role is field-based in the Richmond, VA territory, and the candidate must live in the territory. The representative builds awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals and other stakeholders through compliant product and disease-state education. The role executes territory plans, develops customer relationships, supports access to the product, and coordinates with internal teams to address account needs and barriers.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory and account plans
• deliver compliant product education in person and virtually
• build relationships with prescribers and other stakeholders
• identify opportunities to expand product use
• understand payer and access dynamics and partner internally to address barriers
• maintain CRM documentation and comply with company policies, regulations, and training.
