What you'll do

• Provide a safe, welcoming, supportive home
• assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• support scheduling, organization, and routines
• provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• accompany individuals to medical appointments and assist with medication management
• encourage community and social participation.
