What you'll do

• Prepare clinic and casting rooms
• escort patients
• obtain and document medical histories, physical data, and vital signs
• update electronic medical records
• assist providers with evaluation and procedures
• facilitate imaging as directed
• prepare ordered medications and injections
• assist with aspirations, suturing, fracture reductions, casting, and splinting
• provide wound care and fit durable medical equipment
• educate patients and families
• maintain records, triage calls within scope, and keep rooms stocked and clean.
