What you'll do

• Follow recipe blend sheets and production routers to scale, weigh, and stage ingredients
• operate and monitor blending and mixing equipment
• verify raw material lot numbers, expiration dates, and item numbers
• operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
• apply accurate labels and lot codes
• assist with palletizing and wrapping
• complete batch and production records
• follow FDA, ILDPH, FSMA, BRC, GMP, and HACCP requirements
• sanitize equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
