This position leads the division’s preconstruction and estimating activities to produce accurate, competitive, and profitable bids that support revenue growth and strategic partnerships. It also develops the estimating team and improves consistency and accuracy across estimating operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee Houston Division preconstruction and estimating
• supervise, mentor, and develop estimators
• prepare and review bid proposals, RFQs, RFPs, invitations to bid, quantity takeoffs, and conceptual estimates
• manage estimating schedules and workflows
• communicate with customers about scope and pricing
• prepare contractual exhibits and scopes of work
• maintain the Accubid database and estimating standards
• lead estimate reviews and training
• analyze bid and project results
• provide recommendations to senior leadership
• participate in project turnover, kickoff meetings, project meetings, and industry events.
