The role helps sales teams deliver accurate, current marketing materials and supports community launches, model home readiness, and local marketing execution.

What you'll do

• Process and track sales team marketing requests
• maintain and audit MLS and website listings
• administer marketing request and content platforms
• coordinate photoshoots, virtual tours, and self-tour experiences
• coordinate collateral and verify pricing, incentives, and brand standards
• support organic social content
• execute consumer and real estate agent events
• verify invoices and coordinate promotional items
• order and maintain signage and asset records
• support model home and store setup, community launches, closeouts, and visits.
