What you'll do

• Clean and maintain the pool area and exercise room
• keep grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, stairs, and entrances clear
• check and address maintenance-log items
• perform preventive duties
• report issues requiring professional help
• maintain storage areas and supplies
• check exterior lights and safety hazards
• complete guest-room inspection checklists
• clean HVAC filters, windows, and doors.
