What you'll do

• Take patron orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• prepare cocktails
• recommend beer and wine
• verify customer age and follow applicable alcohol-service rules
• process checks and tabs and record daily sales
• order and track bar supplies and inventory
• restock and clean the bar, including opening and closing side work.
