What you'll do

• Delegate and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
• coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and on-site foremen
• order materials and approve purchase orders
• monitor job-site safety and quality
• train, coach, recruit, onboard, and review team members
• align estimates with financial expectations
• collect outstanding receivables and assist with collections
• provide customer updates and resolve complaints
• communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
• deliver weekly project updates
• participate in weekly manager on-call rotations for emergency services.
