The Associate Consultant — Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Google CCAI/Conversational Agents and supporting webhook services
• automate GCP infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools
• coordinate releases across development, test, staging, and production
• maintain deployment scripts and progressive rollout strategies
• configure monitoring, logging, and alerting
• support Kore.ai and Google CXAS integration pipelines
• work with security and compliance teams on vulnerabilities and IAM
• troubleshoot production pipeline and deployment issues
• maintain technical documentation
• participate in project stand-ups, sprint planning, and on-call rotation.
