What you'll do

• Depending on practice group, assist with audits and reviews
• understand how business transactions affect financial statements
• prepare basic financial statements and client schedules
• prepare tax returns and conduct tax research
• assist with Medicaid and Medicare cost-report analysis for health care facilities
• and support analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, litigation, ESOPs, and estate and succession planning.
