What you'll do

• Oversee water, fire, mold, and contents restoration projects
• manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• review scopes, estimates, and documentation
• ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
• lead technical training and process consistency
• oversee contents pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and return
• maintain job files and moisture readings
• monitor equipment and inventory
• communicate with customers
• collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff
• support job costing and billing accuracy.
