Registered Nurse (RN) – MDS Coordinator

The Registered Nurse (RN) – MDS Coordinator role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, and the listing states $42–$45 per hour. The role also maintains assessment schedules and assists with audits, denials, and additional documentation requests.

What you'll do

• Monitor and document management of Medicare and managed-care residents with facility team members
• maintain MDS schedules
• coordinate and participate in Resident Assessment Instrument completion, including MDS, CAAs, and care plans
• assist the interdisciplinary team with assessments
• ensure timely completion and transmission
• assist with audits, denials, and ADRs as requested.

Why this role
