What you'll do

• Supervise patrols, access control, dispatch, incident response, communications, and escalations
• coach and develop security officers
• ensure 24/7 coverage and shift oversight
• oversee security systems and badge access
• coordinate laboratory emergency response with EHS, Facilities, and lab operations
• maintain incident records and evidence procedures
• support investigations, audits, security procedures, and site inspections.
