What you'll do

• Performs CT procedures according to standards set forth by ARRT and Hospital Policies.
• Optimizes radiation use (Image Gently, Image Wisely, ACR).
• Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy, patient care/safety, positioning, principles of radiographic sciences, radiation protection, medication safety, and specialized techniques.
• Maintains professional judgment and ethical conduct.
• Solicits patient cooperation by providing education.
• Demonstrates competence using the power injector.
• Completes required documentation.
• Assists Radiologist during invasive procedures.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology

Experience

1 year of experience performing CT procedures is preferred
