The Audio-Visual (AV) Apprentice Technician — Low-Voltage Systems role is onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and full-time hours of 40 per week. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. Paulson's installs, troubleshoots, and maintains low-voltage systems in commercial and residential settings. The apprentice learns to install and configure low-voltage cabling and devices, build equipment racks, understand networks, and troubleshoot systems. The role supports timely, on-budget installations that meet client expectations while developing technical skills under the integration team.

What you'll do

• Learn to pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling
• mount devices
• build and lace equipment racks
• set up and configure devices
• develop network understanding
• troubleshoot devices
• eventually learn programming for Lutron, Control4, Savant, or Crestron systems.
