What you'll do

• Set up projects in the ERP system with contract values, billing terms, revenue methods, and budgets
• monitor labor, expenses, consultant costs, and profitability
• analyze budget-to-actual performance and earned revenue
• collaborate with project managers on budgets and forecasts
• ensure project coding and cost allocation
• prepare client invoices and progress billing
• review unbilled work and WIP
• apply revenue recognition methods
• track retainage
• monitor receivables, review aging reports, and assist with collections.
