Speech Therapist (SLP) - Mobile Outpatient

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting; evaluate and treat patients in their home environment; organize and provide speech-language services; direct patient participation in selected tasks; facilitate learning of skills for communication and swallowing; coordinate with rehabilitation team and physician.
