What you'll do

• Supervise and support the store team in meeting clinical goals
• greet patients and identify needs
• support sales and customer service goals
• guide Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, refraction, and contact lens care
• ensure training, protocols, certifications, and clinical standards are followed
• maintain confidential patient records
• coach staff on contact lens insertion and removal
• oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory.

Why this role
