What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for brake press operations
• set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and hydraulic brake press equipment
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• determine tooling, dies, bend sequences, and machine settings
• program machines and adjust programs
• assist operators with complex setups
• inspect parts with precision measuring equipment
• identify root causes and support corrective actions
• train and mentor operators
• support continuous improvement and maintain production and quality documentation.

Why this role
