What you'll do

• Inspect sprayer and application equipment
• troubleshoot by phone, remotely, and onsite
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues
• support setup, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
• train technicians and operators
• assist with software updates and demonstrations
• coordinate parts orders
• build customer relationships and identify service opportunities.
