Mobile Power & HVAC Service Mechanic

Job overview

The Mobile Power & HVAC Service Mechanic role is onsite in Hubbard, TX, with a stated pay range of $30–$45 per hour. The mechanic works from EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions rental facility and travels to customer sites; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and the role may include on-call assignments. The role maintains and repairs power, pump, and HVAC equipment so customer systems remain operational. Field and shop troubleshooting, equipment setup, and accurate digital work orders support reliable service across customer and branch locations.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, commercial HVAC, and oil-free air compressors
• use laptops, tablets, and T3 to manage work orders, service intervals, parts, and diagnostics
• travel to customer sites for inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
• troubleshoot shop and field failures
• set up and operate equipment
• mentor technicians as needed
• complete digital documentation
• assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery
• participate in company-provided OEM training.

Why this role
