The manager leads automation programs from feasibility and return-on-investment analysis through design, validation, and production handover. The work is intended to improve manufacturing throughput, yield, uptime, productivity, and cost while developing automation capabilities and teams.

What you'll do

• Define and execute automation roadmaps
• identify automation opportunities across assembly, testing, material handling, packaging, and inspection
• lead technology selection and standardization
• manage automation projects and programs
• oversee system architecture and provide technical guidance
• partner with manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality, and maintenance
• track automation KPIs and capital expenditures
• lead and develop automation, controls, and engineering professionals.
