The Senior Data & Analytics Engineer role is remote. Compensation is $80–$96.50 per hour. The role establishes the technical foundation for Decision Ready Insights, turning portfolio, financial, and delivery data into trusted enterprise insights. The engineer designs data architecture, governed reporting models, and analytics frameworks, then builds integrations and reusable data products. The work supports clearer enterprise decisions through reliable data definitions, quality controls, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

What you'll do

• Design and implement the Decision Ready Insights architecture and reporting model
• integrate portfolio, delivery, financial, benefits, KPI, and resource data from approved enterprise sources
• establish identifiers, relationships, source rules, lineage, and ownership
• build governed datasets, semantic models, ETL/ELT pipelines, snapshots, KPI calculations, and trend logic
• assess data quality and implement validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and remediation
• translate reporting use cases into scalable solutions
• partner with business, technology, finance, and portfolio stakeholders
• document architecture, standards, operating model, and roadmap
• transfer knowledge to internal teams.
