What you'll do

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• greet and check in patients for appointments and check them out after visits
• serve as a greeter, front desk receptionist, and/or cashier
• make reminder calls, answer questions, and manage patient complaints
• support patients and families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change
• work with patient care team members.
