What you'll do

• Generate freight opportunities
• develop and manage brokerage accounts
• expand customer partnerships through consultative sales
• coordinate full truckload, dry van, reefer, intermodal, drayage, specialized equipment, over-dimensional, and multimodal shipments
• develop freight pricing strategies
• collaborate with carrier development and operations
• maintain carrier and logistics relationships
• resolve shipment issues and claims
• monitor freight markets
• maintain records in TMS and CRM tools
• and identify opportunities to grow revenue and retention.
