What you'll do

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• build customer relationships
• prepare quotations and process orders
• explain products and order requirements
• coordinate artwork, order changes, and special requirements
• provide production, shipping, and order updates
• work across departments to keep orders moving
• resolve customer questions and problems
• support Account Managers and outside sales
• follow up on quotations
• maintain customer and order information in Salesforce and business systems.
