Accounts Payable Clerk III

The Accounts Payable Clerk III position is onsite in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. Janicki Industries designs and builds structures, tooling, and systems for aerospace, space, defense, marine, and architecture industries. The role supports accurate and timely accounts payable processing by resolving invoice coding and purchase-order matching discrepancies, managing vendor payments and credit-card postings, and coordinating with Purchasing and Receiving. It also helps maintain documentation workflows and internal controls while training junior AP staff and providing backup coverage.

What you'll do

• Resolve invoice general-ledger coding and purchase-order matching discrepancies
• assist with month-end AP processing
• manage weekly vendor payments and monthly credit-card tracking and payment postings
• monitor the group inbox and document workflow
• coordinate with Purchasing and Receiving
• train Level I and II staff
• back up AP functions as needed.
