What you'll do

• Review maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders
• prioritize and schedule assignments
• troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment within ability
• inspect the property
• plan and perform ongoing and preventive maintenance
• solicit and evaluate contractor bids and ensure work meets specifications
• coordinate with inspectors
• service the pool
• and maintain the exterior when not handled by a contractor.
