What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive services and weekly home visits to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers
• support caregivers in developing skills as their child's primary educator
• share information about child development, educational activities, community resources, health, and social services
• provide caregiver and child social-setting services
• partner with caregivers on Family Partnership Agreements and action plans.
