Accounts Receivable Representative

What you'll do

• Process and post incoming check, ACH, and credit card payments
• generate and distribute customer invoices
• monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• resolve billing discrepancies with customers
• reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
• collaborate with sales and operations
• and assist with month-end closing and AR reporting.

Why this role
