Inbound Facilities Call Center Representative

What you'll do

• Answer and manage 25–60 incoming calls
• serve as the primary contact for USPS facilities teams regarding maintenance and repair issues
• log and track service requests in web-based systems including Genesys IWS
• research and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate resolution
• escalate concerns and follow through
• use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.

Why this role
