Warehouse Team Lead — Second Shift

The Warehouse Team Lead — Second Shift role is onsite in Greenfield, IN. The team lead guides warehouse personnel toward production and safety goals, maintains pallet quality and inventory, and coordinates shift transitions. The role also supports location management with operational consistency, reporting, employee processes, and customer service standards.

What you'll do
