What you'll do

• Build supportive relationships
• assist with daily routines, personal care, hygiene, cooking, household tasks, social and leisure activities
• support health, safety, money management, and behavior plans
• administer medications according to training and company procedures
• transport individuals to appointments and community activities
• document services and events
• encourage independence while providing appropriate support.
