What you'll do

• Liaise between internal teams, technology partners, and vendors
• gather, analyze, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements
• develop and manage user stories
• support integrations using Power Platform and Boomi
• build, test, and deploy Docentric templates
• test ERP updates, integrations, and automations
• troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions
• document processes and system designs
• manage project priorities and deadlines.
