What you'll do

• Review published legal benchmark tasks in corporate M&A
• adjudicate public commentary against prompts and grading rubrics
• conduct structural quality checks across prompts, rubrics, and source documents
• perform data-room red-flag reviews, diligence memos, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks
• work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
